i found the staff to be genuinely attentive , especially the restaurant team. the food options offered good variety , and i particularly enjoyed the seafood. the beach was easily accessible. the gardens created a very pleasant and serene environment.
i noticed a few hotel maintenance issues , but they did not significantly detract from my overall positive experience.

beachside bliss and minor hiccups
infinity poolwarm waterlaid-back vibe
my stay included two amazing days. the infinity pool was so warm! i swam and felt as refreshed as if i were in the ocean. the hotel felt spacious because bungalows, the outdoor restaurant, the pool, and the beach were spread out. i loved this laid-back resort!!!

The hotel staff were helpful. I appreciated that the restaurant offered a variety of options. Afternoon tea time was a nice touch, I liked the snacks. The room cleaning service did a good job.
The room's tree in the bathroom seemed strange. The individual water heater was quirky. Some areas need attention, I noticed the need for some maintenance.

the grounds were well kept. the pool looked clean.
my room seemed like it was missing a fridge, and there weren't handy plugs near the bed. the air conditioning worked, but it seemed half-broken. there was also a peculiar smell in the outdoor bathroom. i found the restaurant a bit lacking in atmosphere.
